He thrives on detail and ensures that it is precisely maintained throughout the whole building process. Through the many years in this industry, he has developed extensive and long-term relationships with the lenders, architects, engineers, trades, suppliers, city staff and city board members in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and throughout the valley that insures timely and quality construction.

With a robust team of 13 crews and over 100 skilled professionals, Trever managed the frame completion of homes each day, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage of the process. His passion for construction and commitment to excellence continue to drive his success in the industry.
In 2019, Trever transitioned to his current position as a construction manager, where he thrives on transforming raw materials into beautiful homes. He enjoys taking your dreams and turning them into a reality, making the home-building journey as seamless and rewarding as possible.

An interior designer at heart, in 2004, Lainie opened Lacy’s Design Gallery. From helping clients choose their flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and lighting, to roofing and external paint colors, to staging and furniture sales, Lacy’s Design Gallery served custom and semi-custom home builders and their clients in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
In 2012, Lainie visited Scottsdale on a family vacation, and four months later, she permanently relocated to Arizona.
With a strong project management background and an eye for design, Lainie is driven to help home owners achieve their vision and dreams.
